The London-based electronica duo of Mount Kimbie will be releasing their eagerly awaited sophomore effort, Cold Spring Fault Less Youth on May 27th through Warp Records in the US and Fontana North in Canada. With the first single, “Made to Stray” and now with the second single, “Blood and Form,” it suggests that the duo’s sound has been refined. The staggering, angular synths give the song an anxious, moody feel – a bit like a drunken, paranoid, fucked up Timbaland beat to me. And the vocals sound like a hazy and far off dream …

They’ll be on a European and North American tour to support their new effort and it’ll include a May 30th stop at the Bowery Ballroom, as well as stops in Portland, OR; San Francisco, CA; Detroit, MI; and others.
