Juniore is a French electro pop band fronted by vocalist Anna Jean, and their first single “Dans Le Noir” was a seductive, smoky song that immediately evoke the mod 60s – and quite possibly, a long-lost Quentin Tarantino film shot in Paris. “Christine,” the first single off the band’s forthcoming full-length, slated for release this year is an ode to killing time until the night comes. (This is probably familiar to you if you’re a night owl.)

“Christine” manages to further cement the act’s 60s inspired sound; however, unlike “Dans Le Noir,” this particular track feels a slightly airier. as though it could have been part of a soundtrack for a French rom-com.

You can catch the band during their two NYC area dates – February 6th at Piano’s and February 7th at Rough Trade
