My Gift to You is the first album of original material that Davell Crawford has released in over 13 years, and the material on the album, which includes guest appearances from the likes of Big Freedia, Dr. John, Walter “Wolfman” Washington and countless others, pays homage to Crawford’s beloved hometown of New Orleans. 

“Southern Woman (Ain’t Nothing Like A)” is the latest single from his latest album, which Basin Street Records will release on June 11th, and this track is a sultry bit of smooth funk that pays homage to Southern gals – and it’s done with that New Orleans flair and swagger.
