Rush Manning, a.k.a. Rush Midnight was formerly a bassist in Twin Shadow, and his forthcoming solo debut EP titled +1 will drop on October 30th from Cascine Records. The material that comprises the +1 EP came from demos that were recorded in bedrooms with sessions in random studios to flesh the material out during a two year period of Twin Shadow’s rather hectic touring schedule.
“The Night Was Young Enough,” is the first single from the EP, and it has a seductive, sexy sound that sounds reminiscent of 80s pop.
