The Washington, DC-based trio of Sunwolf are part of an emerging DC area garage rock scene, and part of a large nationally-based garage rock revival that includes acts like Philadelphia, PA’s Lantern and countless others.

“Push It” is the first single off the band’s debut EP, Angel Eyes and was produced by Fugazi’s Jerry Busher and the track manages to possess the boozy boogie woogie of T. Rex with a bit more lasciviousness. it’s the sort of fun sort of song that you’d play around 1:00 when the party is really good and going to really rile everyone up.
