Victory is the musical project of Los Angeles, CA-based multi-instrumentalist and producer Robert Fleming. Back in 2011 he released a 7 song EP, Demonstrations which got quite a bit of attention. His debut full-length, Victory Is Music will be released through Fleming’s own label on Reserva Records on April 23rd. “Play It,” is the first single from the new album and it has a noisy, scuzzy, psychedelic feel – and a bit of an angular, off-kilter funk.
