Photography: Winter in Quarantined New York

According to forecasts, yesterday was one of the warmest days for about a week. Knowing this, there was an increased impetus to get out there and shoot. Plus, I needed to get out of the apartment for my own mental health. But because I got a late start, I decided to shoot in Midtown — particularly Bryant Park and one of my favorite buildings in the city, Grand Central Terminal. Check out photos below.

Caption: Le Carrousel at Bryant Park is absolutely gorgeous and old-timey dream isn’t it?
Caption: Bryant Park’s Winter Market reminds me of Christmas markets in Frankfurt and elsewhere.
Caption: Ice skating in Bryant Park. No, I didn’t skate. But there’s something about outdoor skating in the winter that’s lovely isn’t it?
Caption: If Patience and Fortitude could wear a mask, you can too. So continue to wear a mask in public to help stop the spread of COVID-19 y’all.
