New York City Fight For Our Rights: Fight For Palestine/Free Mahmoud Khalil, Times Square and Columbus Circle, NYC: The right to vote, the right to boycott, the right to protest and a free, independent press (of which, I am a member, according to the City of New York) are fundamental to a functional democra — uh, when we had one of those things. Remember democracy, human rights and some level of consistency? Those were the days . . .
My duty will be to document all of this, as much as humanly possible. Perhaps before, they try to make dissent — and anyone who dissents — disappear.
