Throughout the state of Maryland, spraying graffiti can land you up to three years in prison and a $2,500 find — except for one spot, where graffiti is legal: Baltimore‘s Graffiti Alley. As a New Yorker, Graffiti Alley reminded me quite a bit of Five Pointz, which I still miss very much.
Of course, Graffiti Alley is one of Baltimore’s most Instagrammable locations — and it’s obvious why.
