As you can imagine, the end of the year usually means frantically trying to catch up on – well, everything. Anyway, back in November I caught Brooklyn-based garage grunge rock act Dances, and the Philadelphia, PA-based dance rock band the National Rifle at underground (literally and figuratively) indie rock venue, Cake Shop in the Lower East Side.
