For the first time in over twenty years, the Berlin-era lineup of Crime and the City of Solution will be touring to support a new album, American Twilight which was recorded in Detroit. “My Love Takes Me There,” is the first single from the new album, and interestingly enough it kind of reminds me of some of the Church’s later efforts – darkly moody and possessing a surreal yet beautiful poetry.
