As I mentioned in a previous post, part of the early part of this year will be dedicated to catching up on some long overdue photo editing and writing as a sort of retrospective on 2015. With JOVM being a (mostly) one-man operation run out of my bedroom/home office, there are periods of the year in which things are overwhelming and insanely busy — but that’s the life of a busy blogger, and at the end of the day, I really can’t complain.
Now, last July I was at Queensbridge Park to catch the Lyricist Lounge‘s Live at the BBQ featuring two of hip-hop’s legendary producers Marley Marl and Large Professor, along with guest appearances by The Beatnuts‘ Psycho Les, Keith Murray and countless others. Check out some photos from an afternoon and evening of great hip-hop below.
