News/Announcements: Your First PR Campaign Panel at Mondo.NYC 10/6/17
With its inaugural edition taking place last year, Mondo.NYC is a music, technology and innovation-based festival that’s quietly taken the place of New Music Seminar’s New Music Nights Festival and CMJ’s long-running CMJ Marathon. Now, if you’ve followed me on other social media channels, you’d likely know about this but I’m absolutely honored to be taking part of Baby Robot Media‘s “Your First PR Campaign Panel” on Friday, October 6 at NYU’s Kimmel Center, as part of Mondo.NYC’s sophomore run.
As for the panel, I’ll quote some of the basic information from the website: “If you’re a band or artist about to release your first record, an aspiring music publicist, or an industry veteran looking to make the shift to PR, this panel is for you. The expert staff at Baby Robot Media (whose clients have been featured everywhere from Consequence of Sound and Noisey to NPR and Rolling Stone) will be partnering with writers from several key media outlets to help school you on what to expect, detailed strategies, and how to get the most out of your first PR campaign.”
