Olivia Scibelli (guitars and vocals), Betty Banyay (bass) and Matt Manning (drums and vocals) formed Fancytramp last year. Heavily informed by the DIY ethos, the band has relentlessly toured in that time, slowly building up a following that has bubbled over to the blogosphere. In fact, thanks in part to their live shows, their sound has been favorably compared to that of Black Sabbath, X, Sleater-Kinney, as well as FLOWN. 

Signed to Jeffery Drag Records, the band released the official video for their latest single “Wicked Mind” The track is just full of grungy, kick-ass power chords but it’s also an incredibly dense, complex sound – it almost seems impossible that a trio can make that kind of sound.
