Photography: 2025 Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade, Selfies
Last week, I excitedly got up a little bit before my alarm clock, got dressed, fixed some coffee and toast and head into midtown for the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade. I’ve managed to cover the parade two of the past three years, and although attending as a member of the press is a very different experience, just being there brings back memories of watching the parade as a kid.
Of course, I had to take a couple of selfies because — well, if you don’t take a selfie, how does anyone know you were there? and secondly, you have to show family and friends, right?
