As y’all know, I was in Philadelphia for the final edition of Asian Arts Initiative’s Sound Type Music Festival and Music Workshop 2024. My train pulled into William H. Gray III 30th Street Station in Center City Philadelphia 11:30am, a few minutes later than scheduled.
I needed to be at the Asian Arts Initiative‘s offices at 2:00pm. So, I had some time to kill. But I took SEPTA to City Hall Station and was pleasantly surprised to see that they’re putting together Christmas Villages around City Hall Plaza, Dilworth Park and LOVE Park, which included this gorgeous carousel right in the middle of the City Hall complex.
