Photography: Flowers, Lefrak City, Corona, Queens, NYC 5/31/22

Today is an unusually hot and humid day here in New York with temperatures in the 90s. We usually don’t see that until later on in June or July. To be thoughtful about my power usage, I decided that I was going to go to a local Starbucks to do some work: They always have their air conditioning on in the summer, so why not take advantage of a mega corporation, who’s already paying for the electricity all day?

Out of habit, I happened to have my Canon 6D Mark II with me. And I wound up being enthralled by the vibrant colors of the flowers, Lefrak City management planted around the property. We can always use a little bit of beauty, right?
