I was in Philadelphia earlier this week or the third of the six sessions of Asian Arts Initiative’s Sound Type Music Writers Workshop. Tuesday, July 2 featured a talk between the esteemed journalist John Morrison and Geng PTP, who brought members of his PTP crew down to Philly to play the third Sound Type festival show.
I wound up at Fadó Irish Pub, which not only was a few blocks from my hotel, but also opened at 11:30am, so it made it a good stop to watch the early afternoon 2024 UEFA Championship game.
I brought my laptop, hard drive and cameras to finish editing a set of photos and to post a couple of photos to Instagram while eating a very delicious Irish breakfast (which I followed with a couple of pints of Guinness).
