Earlier this month, I was at Lincoln Center to catch the legendary De La Soul with special guests Prince Paul, The Jungle Brothers and Talib Kweli. After the show, there was a stop at PJ Clarke‘s for incredibly delicious sliders, fries — and of course, a pint of Guinness, because Guinness.
