After returning from FME and Rouyn-Noranda earlier this month, I had to head down to Philadelphia for the fifth installment of Asian Arts Initiative’s Sound Type Music Festival and Music Writers Workshop the following Saturday.
The fifth installment of Sound Type was centered around the Asian Arts Initiative’s Block Party at The Rail Park, Philly’s version of our High Line. One of the party’s featured vendors was The Jamaican Pattie Shop, who served a variety of patties (of course!) and this incredible fried fish platter.
