Tsukemen with Atsumori (Warm Noodles) with Pork and Chicken Chashu and Ajitama at Okiboru NY
New Colossus Festival Day 5 and I was struggling with a cold that’s partially weather related and been passing around. The show must go on but it was tough: My energy waned. I would alternate between feeling hot and cold. Fun times. The ramen though. That got me through the rest of the day and warmed me up from the inside out. Just what I needed. Plus, the flavors! Goodness.
