Lefrak City, Corona, Queens, NYC 8/24/26:: Throughout much of the summer, I’ve gone downstairs to my courtyard with my laptop to apply for jobs, pitch articles and work on JOVM stuff. I kill two birds with one stone: I’m productive and I didn’t waste nice summer days sitting inside all day.
