May Day Rally and March, Union Square 5/1/26: Union Square Park and Washington Square Park were the sites of two of several different May Day-related rallies, marches and demonstrations across town.

With press card and my Canon R6 Mark II and Canon R6, I headed downtown to document as much of the day as I could before having to head off to a gig. My great grandmother and my father were union members at some point in their lives. And to that end: Unions now! Unions forever! Power to the people, ‘cause the people have the power. Lastly, all workers of the world unite!
