Earlier this week, I attended the Queens Rising second anniversary launch at Queens Museum. (More on that a bit later.) But in the meantime, because it was a lovely Spring morning and afternoon, and I already had my camera out, I took the opportunity to take some photos. I love the New York State Pavilion: Besides the fact that it’s historical, whenever I’ve traveled, it’s always a fond reminder that I’ve returned home.
I’m thrilled to see that the restoration has begun in earnest. It’s been way too long.
