Photography: Parasailing, Broad Channel, Queens, NYC 4/25/25
On a nice day, as you’re crossing over the Joseph P. Addabbo Memorial Bridge from Broad Channel into Far Rockaway, you can catch folks parasailing in Jamaica Bay. It’s a gorgeous, eye-catching and kind of surreal thing to see. And if you look due west, you can see the city’s skyline looming large — even from a distance of about 15 miles.
