Public Art Fund Presents Moko Fukuyama, Ilana Harris-Babou, Las Hermanas Iglesias, Carlos H. Matos, Amalia Pica and SUPERFLEX “Between Tides” 7/24/26: Between Tides invites a collection of six artists to re-think ping-pong tables as playable sculptures. The works in the installation invite beach goers to approach a familiar activity into a space for experimentation and new connections.
Each work in the installation responds to the diverse cultural and ecological landscape of Rockaway Beach, drawing from sculpture, myth snd more. The exhibition highlights how artists can enrich daily life is wildly imaginative ways.
