The other day, I was feeling restless and bored. So I took my Canon R6 Mark II, fired up the Yankees vs. Mets game on MLB At Bat and went for a walk.

Sometimes, I’ll see something completely I hadn’t seen before that captures my eye. Every now and then, I’ll want to capture something with new gear — because why not?

As I was walking to Flushing Meadows-Corona Park, I managed to capture some random summer scenes here in Corona, including graffiti, an open fire hydrant, graffiti, street signs and a whole barbecued pig — which smelled delicious. If I wasn’t walking distance from home, I might have figured out a way to eat with some of these folks.
