Photography: Random Rockaway Beach, Queens, NYC 8/31/25
If I remember it correctly, on Beach 92nd Street, between Holland Avenue and Shore Line Drive there are two houses that almost always catch my attention: One strikes me as a hippie commune, complete with a tie-dyed peace flag. The other has odd bric-a-brac outside, including a mannequin styled as an armless mermaid. Both are very odd.
