Photography: Snowy Rockaway Beach 12/14/25
Yesterday, was the first bit of significant snowfall in the New York City Metropolitan area of the season.
I hadn’t seen Rockaway Beach in the snow before and it was — to me, at least — a surreal, haunting dream, punctuated by a group of children laughing as they were sledding down the beach.
