The Black and White Project Revisited, Days 11-12: April 9, 2016-April 10, 2016
Amanda Mester, a super talented and accomplished colleague and friend is moving in a couple of months, and understandably, she’s attempting to leave with an enormous bang while catching up with friends and associates over the upcoming weeks. Saturday, I caught up with her at Black Bear Bar in Williamsburg to catch Cormega, who was celebrating the 15th anniversary of his The Realness — and opening for him was a lengthy and diverse bill including Haddy Racks, Boston-based act NBS, who also brought along a young, up-and-coming emcee Lotus Taylor, Jess Bianchi and others.
