The High Line in Monochrome (mostly) 7/20/26: Monday afternoon, I did a focus group study at Hudson Yards. It was money for a couple of hours of my time — when I desperately needed money. After the study ended, I wasn’t in a desperate rush to head back to Queens. And why waste a nice day, right?
I pulled out my headphones and my Canon R6 Mark II, and went for a walk — with the hopes of either clearing my mind or raising my spirit up a bit. As I’ve previously mentioned things haven’t been great in my world lately.
But what I will say is that photography has taught me to slow down and to see the familiar in a new way.
