The other day, I was downtown for my pals annual Christmastime tradition, Whiskeymas. Because I’m downtown so very rarely, it’s also a fun opportunity to take photos during the holiday season, when the city is often at its prettiest and most charming.

I wound up walking to Wall Street for the Wall Street Christmas tree, a Christmas tradition that’s much older than Rockefeller Center — and is a bit unknown to most New Yorkers.
