A couple of weeks ago, a dear friend — and fellow obsessive shutterbug — suggested that we go into Manhattan too specific to photos of a couple of illuminated art installations at night. She decided to drive, which made it easier to make multiple stops.
We ended the night in Lower Manhattan. After taking photos of Hou de Sousa’s and the Downtown Alliance‘s Geo, I was struck by how the illuminated trees in Zuccoti Park appeared to me. I thought of synapses, blood vessels — and even the arrangement of galaxies across the universe. Trippy, huh?
