“Time In The World” is the first single off Colleen Green’s forthcoming album, Sock It To Me, which Hardly Art Records will release on March 19th. With vintage synth, multi-layered vocals, and spare drum beats, the song sounds as though it could have come out in 1983 or so – in some way it sounds like a hazier version of early Madonna to me. It’s eccentric and yet danceable. Check it out.
