Saturday night was a rare night off for me – instead of covering a show, i stopped by a friend’s birthday party at the Revival Bar, and caught a friend DJ at Hi-Fi (that in itself was an experience and it included getting into an argument with a woman who showed up at the bar demanding that the DJs play something she liked – because after all, she was was more important than anyone else).
It turned out to be a really late night, and I as i was heading home I came across some interesting things . . as I almost always do in the 14th Street and 8th Avenue.
