After writing an album full of mostly original must inspired by more exotic forms of cumbia on last year’s Canibalisimo, Chica Librefollows that release with Cuatro Tigres, an album that brings a psychedelic Latin bent to familiar Anglophone songs such as the Clash’s “Guns of Brixton,” Arthur Lee and Love’s “Alone Again,’ and this super psychedelic and playful rendition of the Simpsons’ theme song which they call, "La Danza de los Simpsons." 

Although Cuatro Tigres has seen a digital release, the album will be released on vinyl for Record Store Day on April 20th, and to celebrate the occasion the band will be at Joe’s Pub on April 11th.
