“Birds,” is the latest single off Poor Moon’s self-titled Sub Pop Records release, and it’s a pretty song reminiscent of 70s AM radio soft rock – but with a slightly modern twist. The band’s touring to support the album and it’ll include three NYC area dates: an October 18th gig at the Knitting Factory and two CMJ sets on the 19h and 20th. (Presumably one of these dates will be Sub Pop’s CMJ showcase.)
