Brooklyn-based band Dead Stars released their latest EP, High Gain earlier this week, and from the lead single “Fractured” their sound should remind a lot of you of the grunge rock of the 90s – think Soul Asylum, Dinosaur, Jr., and Pavement. (Not a bad set of influences to have, I think.) 

The official video for “Fractured” which was released around the same time as the EP, should also remind you of the grunge rock videos of the 90s – with just about every single motif you can think of.
