Diamond Version is the collaborative effort between producers Byetone and Alva Noto. As a duo, they have a reputation for a sound that can easily be heard in a club, as it could be as part of an art installation – within their art, there’s a sly bit of commentary on modern society in a way that few acts would be able to or be willing to do. Over the course of next few months, Diamond Version will be releasing a few more EPs as teasers to their full-length debut which will drop sometime in 2013. “Forever New Frontiers” is the latest single from their EP, titled EP 2. 

The track consists of some futuristic, almost industrial and moody club-banging beats. It bears more of a similarity to trance and house music than anything you’ll hear from contemporary artsits.
