Emmett Kelly, who records and performs under the moniker of the Cairo Gang, is most famously known for his work alongside Bonnie “Prince” Billy in several different projects. As the Cairo Gang, Kelly with a backing band  will be releasing a new album, Tiny Rebels on July 23rd through Empty Cellar Records. The latest single, “Take Your Time” sounds quite a bit like the shimmering, psychedelic work of late-era Beatles – perhaps a George Harrison track?
