Live Concert Photography: Pleasure Motel at Ceremony 8/11/18
Brooklyn-based singer/songwriter and musician Dave Tudi has been the creative mastermind of a number of projects I’ve written about throughout the course of this site’s eight year history, and his latest project Pleasure Motel is a solo recording project that finds Tudi specializing in a murky, DIY-based industrial electro pop that brings Ministry, and early Nine Inch Nails to mind — but managing to be darkly seductive, propulsive and by far the most dance floor friendly work Tudi has released to date.
Pleasure Motel played a late night set at Ceremony that featured “Skin So Close,” and some unreleased material. Check out a few pictures from that set below.
