Comprised of Ryan Levine (lead vocals), Justin Levine (bass), Andrew Ampaya (keys, vocals), Erik Janson (guitar, vocals) and Casey Brothers (drums), the Los Angeles-based quintet Wildling were founded back in 2012, and although currently unsigned, the quintet will be embarking on their first ever tour this week, opening for Hey Marseilles. And to build up buzz for their tour, the band released a cover of “Heart of Gold,” which consists of swirling electronics, guitars and vocals fed through reverb and distortion to craft a spectral and contemporary sound that retains the heartache of the original.
