Founded by Pasquale Rotella, Insomniac is an American music event promoter and music distributor, known for being the organizer of several music festivals, including it’s flagship festival, Las Vegas’ Electric Daisy Carnival and Lost in Dreams.
Since its launch, Lost In Dreams has quickly grown into Insomniac’s most recognizable festival concepts, championship the melodic, vocal-led corner of electronic music, offering a transcendent space, where attendees can experience a dreamworld come to life before their eyes. What began as a flagship event in Los Angeles has evolved into a full ecosystem, including a record label under the Insomniac Music Group umbrella and showcase stages at major festivals like Electric Daisy Carnival and Nocturnal Wonderland.
Insomniac, along with OFF2, one of Canada’s premier electronic music promoters will be bringing their acclaimed Lost In Dreams Festival to the Greater Vancouver area next weekend — February 15, 2026 during our northern neighbor’s Family Day holiday weekend.
Lost In Dreams’ Greater Vancouver inaugural edition is the brand’s second flagship festival and the first to take place outside of the United States. The Greater Vancouver edition marks a significant milestone for both of its organizing teams, as they introduce a new era of melodic and vocal-driven experiences to Canadian audiences.
For OFF2, their partnership with Insomniac is a major step in elevating Canada’s presence on the global dance music map. The collaboration specifically blends OFF2’s established legacy of producing and promoting events for the Canadian market with Insomniac’s internationally renowned creative direction, promising a world-class production built around immersive staging, cinematic visuals and artists, who specifically embody the emotional pull of melodic dance music.
Lost In Dreams’ inaugural Greater Vancouver edition, which will take place at Abbotsford, BC‘s Tradex marks a significant milestone for the Insomniac and OFF2 teams, as they introduce a new era of melodic and vocal-driven experiencers to Canadian audiences. The organizers hope that Lost In Dreams Greater Vancouver will become a landmark moment for the Canadian dance music community, and a new West Coast destination event that brings fans together for night of powerful performances, soaring vocals and the unmistakable Insomniac experience.
The inaugural Greater Vancouver edition will headlined by ILLENIUM, whose phoenix emblem was slipped into the festival announcement video. The lineup will be rounded out by Dabin, Sabai, Elephante, TELYKAST, Koji Aiken and OBLVYN. The lineup reflects both the emotional depth and global flavor of Lost In Dreams’ overall vision.
