Located in Long Island City’s Gantry Plaza State Park, Annalisa Iadiccico‘s OctoTrash is a large-scale eco-conscious octopus made from reclaimed car bumpers and assorted plastic trash — including several SpongeBob SquarePantses.

The art installation highlights plastic pollution in the nearby East River and will remain on display through December.
