As a traveler, sometimes the easiest, most simplest thing is often the most memorable: I think of homemade pizza I had while at M for Montréal/Bonsound happy hour at their office in the Mile End section. Bonsound hosts an annual BBQ at a presumed rented house on Rue Perreault, near Lake Osisko.
Along with a performance by Kaya Hoax, they had hot dogs (both beef and veggie) and of course, copious amounts of booze. Free grilled hot dogs, by a pool on a glorious fall-like day? Perfect.
