Last month, the gorgeous Arlo Williamsburg, Mondo.NYC and the RIAA hosted an interview with country legend Randy Travis and his passionately devoted spouse Mary Travis, moderated by RIAA President, Mitch Glazier. Travis, one of country’s greatest and most beloved vocalists, suffered a stroke 12 years ago that tragically resulted in aphasia, and the significant loss of his ability to speak or sing. Throughout the interview, the Travises spoke about how advancements in AI have given him his voice back, the ability to continue to create music and the ability to get back on the road with his band and tour.
It was heartbreaking, deeply moving and a truly unforgettable experience.
