Photography: Springtime in Quarantined New York Part 10
Over the past 65 days, I’ve been adhering to social distancing guidelines and isolating as much as possible, leaving my apartment for stops at the supermarket for beer and other items, the pharmacy for my mom’s medications and for walks — with my Canon77D, of course.
Yesterday, my mom had a post operation check-up with her oncologist. According the oncologist, although the uterine cancer my mom had didn’t spread, they believed it was fairly aggressive. Mom was told that she would have to go for a brief course of chemotherapy as a preventative action — and more important, the docs feel positive about her prognosis.
I couldn’t stay with her, because of the COVID-19 pandemic so while waiting, I went off to take some photos. Check out them out below.
