!!! (pronounced chk! chk! chk!) recently released their fifth full-length album, Thr!!!er through Warp Records. Just before they’re about to embark on a three month-long tour to support the new effort – with stops in Cambridge, MA; the Bowery Ballroom on the 17th; Washington, DC; Durham, NC; Asheville, NC; New Orleans, LA; Austin, TX; and others – the band released the official video for “One Girl/One Boy,” the latest single off the album.  Complete with ethereal boy-girl harmonies, thanks in part to vocalist Sonia Moore (of 2 Legit 2 Quit), the song has a four on the floor, old school funk that may remind some listeners of the Tom Tom Club and the Talking Heads. 

The band isn’t taking Sonia Moore on tour with them but they’re running a unique contest where the winner in each city on their tour can sing “One Boy/One Girl” with them on stage. Pretty cool, huh?
