“Sleepwalk With Me” is the album closer off of Young Galaxy’s recently released album, Ultramarine, and fittingly it’s a gorgeous dreamy, ethereal song – the sort of song that feels like waking dream.

The official video directed by Fabricio Lima is inspired by the heartfelt story of a relationship between two soldiers during World War 2 called “Letter to  a GI” originally published in 1953 and republished by One Magazine in 1961. The imagery is equally dream-like but hauntingly beautiful – in particular the paratroopers floating through the air like leaves on a breeze; how everywhere one soldier goes, he sees his friend’s face; the bombers that look like children’s toys … And yet it has an internally surreal logic.

The band is currently on tour with Mister Lies to support Ultramarine and it includes stops in San Francisco, CA; Los Angeles, CA; Salt Lake City, UT; Denver, CO; Lawrence, KS; Chicago, IL; the Knitting Factory on November 6th; Philadelphia, PA; State College, PA; Rochester, NY; and a few other stops.
