The Brooklyn-based due of Tamara Jafar and Joe Durniak, a.k,a, Cultfever, recently released their first 7" “Animals”/“Chicken” and it’s a buzzing bit of funky and angular electro pop. It bears a similarity to borough counterparts, RAILBIRD. 

The band has a few live sets coming up – they’ll be opening for AVAN LAVA at the Music Hall of Williamsburg on March 2nd and at SXSW later on in the month.
